Assistant Banquet Manager – South Goa

A premium beachside resort in Salcete Taluka, South Goa is looking for a capable and experienced Assistant Banquet Manager to independently handle all aspects of banquet operations and enquiries.This is a standalone role, ideal for someone ready to take charge of both sales coordination and on-ground execution of events including weddings, MICE, and social gatherings. You will work closely with senior management and F&B operations.Key Responsibilities:Handle all banquet-related enquiries, client walk-ins, and site visitsConvert leads into bookings and coordinate client requirementsPlan and oversee event setups, service flow, and vendor coordinationManage banquet operations during functions and ensure client satisfactionReport directly to the General Manager / senior leadership teamMaintain records of events, billing follow-ups, and post-event reportsRequirements:2–4 years of experience in banquet/event operations or sales (preferably in resorts or hotels)Strong communication and guest-handling skillsAble to independently manage multiple events and client expectationsBased in Goa, preferably South Goa or nearby locationsOutstation applicants will not be consideredWhat We Offer:Opportunity to manage high-end beachside events in a well-known resortIndependent role with visibility to senior managementCompetitive pay package with performance-based incentives📍 Location: Salcete Taluka, South Goa🕒 Full-time | On-site⚠ Note: This position is open only to candidates residing in Goa, especially South Goa and surrounding areas.
