A well-established beachfront resort located in Salcete Taluk, South Goa is seeking a qualified and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of its flagship dining outlet.This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of delivering memorable dining experiences in a resort or hotel environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service across all meal periodsLead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfactionManage reservations, seating plans, and floor operations for optimal guest flowWork closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and quality food serviceHandle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionallyMonitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in line with resort and FSSAI regulationsControl operational costs, minimize wastage, and assist with budgeting and forecastingMaintain par stock levels and oversee requisitions for supplies and equipmentPlan and support F&B promotions, theme nights, and special dining experiencesRequirements:4–6 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (resort or upscale hotel experience preferred)Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approachExcellent understanding of restaurant service standards, guest handling, and team supervisionAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysMust be based in Goa, ideally South Goa or nearbyApplications from outside Goa will not be consideredWhat We Offer:A leadership role in a premium dining outlet at a beachfront resortCompetitive salary with service charge and performance incentivesOpportunity to grow within a professional and well-structured hospitality environment📍 Location: Salcete Taluk, South Goa🕒 Full-time | On-site⚠ Note: This position is strictly open to candidates residing in Goa, with preference for those in South Goa or surrounding areas.
