Job Description: Job description: We are a well-established hospitality group in Goa, looking to hire a  Reservation Associate (or  Reservation Executive, depending on experience) to join our team at our  South Goa location. This is an exciting opportunity for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to be part of a growing team. We are specifically inviting applications from candidates currently residing in Goa, ideally from areas close to South Goa. What You’ll Do: Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other booking platforms Enter and update booking details accurately in the system Provide clear and professional communication to guests regarding rates, availability, and packages Coordinate with internal teams (Front Office, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiences Maintain up-to-date reservation records and generate required reports Deliver prompt, courteous responses to all guest queries Follow industry-standard reservation protocols and systems What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in hotel reservations/front office preferred Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply Excellent verbal and written English communication Strong email etiquette and confident telephone handling Comfortable using computer systems; familiarity with hotel software is a plus Must be based in Goa (South Goa preferred) and available for full-time on-site work
