Candidates from outside Goa should not apply, as they will not be considered.Job Description:We are a well-established hospitality group in Goa, looking to hire a Reservation Associate (or Reservation Executive, depending on experience) to join our team at our South Goa location.This is an exciting opportunity for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to be part of a growing team. We are specifically inviting applications from candidates currently residing in Goa, ideally from areas close to South Goa.What You’ll Do:Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other booking platformsEnter and update booking details accurately in the systemProvide clear and professional communication to guests regarding rates, availability, and packagesCoordinate with internal teams (Front Office, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiencesMaintain up-to-date reservation records and generate required reportsDeliver prompt, courteous responses to all guest queriesFollow industry-standard reservation protocols and systemsWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience in hotel reservations/front office preferredFreshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to applyExcellent verbal and written English communicationStrong email etiquette and confident telephone handlingComfortable using computer systems; familiarity with hotel software is a plusMust be based in Goa (South Goa preferred) and available for full-time on-site work
