We are specifically inviting applications from candidates currently residing in Goa, ideally from areas close to South Goa.What You’ll Do:Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other booking platformsEnter and update booking details accurately in the systemProvide clear and professional communication to guests regarding rates, availability, and packagesCoordinate with internal teams (Front Office, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiencesMaintain up-to-date reservation records and generate required reportsDeliver prompt, courteous responses to all guest queriesFollow industry-standard reservation protocols and systemsWhat We’re Looking For:Prior experience in hotel reservations/front office preferredFreshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to applyExcellent verbal and written English communicationStrong email etiquette and confident telephone handlingComfortable using computer systems; familiarity with hotel software is a plusMust be based in Goa (South Goa preferred) and available for full-time on-site work
