Goa, India BEACH RESORT IN NORTH GOA Full time
We are a well-established hospitality group in Goa, looking to hire a  Reservation Associate (or  Reservation Executive , depending on experience) to join our team at our  South Goa location .
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other booking platforms
Coordinate with internal teams (Front Office, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiences
Prior experience in hotel reservations/front office preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong email etiquette and confident telephone handling
Comfortable using computer systems; familiarity with hotel software is a plus
Must be based in Goa (South Goa preferred) and available for full-time on-site work
