We are a premium resort located in South Goa, seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Groups, Weddings & MICE to handle high-value group enquiries including corporate bookings, weddings, MICE, and social events.This is a hospitality-specific sales role. Candidates must have experience in hotel or resort sales and be currently based in South Goa. Applications from other industries or locations will not be considered.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesManage group enquiries (corporate, weddings, MICE) from travel agents, DMCs, corporates, and plannersPrepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to drive conversionsCoordinate with banquet, F&B, housekeeping, and reservations for seamless event executionConduct site visits and client walkthroughsMaintain CRM records, sales pipeline reports, and assist in business development initiativesSupport the Sales Manager with strategic account handling✅ Ideal Candidate2–5 years of experience in hotel or resort salesMust be currently residing in South GoaStrong understanding of travel trade, group bookings, and event operationsEffective communication, negotiation, and coordination skillsHotel management degree is a plus, but not mandatoryExperience with travel agents, DMCs, wedding planners, and corporates is essential⚠ Please Note:Only candidates from South Goa will be consideredExperience in hotels or resorts is a must – applications from unrelated industries will not be shortlistedThis is a field and office-based role, requiring on-site presence for client visits and coordinationIf this aligns with your experience and location, we look forward to connecting
