Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

Support in the day-to-day operations and running of our innovation engagements and programs for startups, corporates, academia, and government
Engage with internal & external stakeholders for the successful and efficient execution of programs
Execute and analyze critical engagement interventions like mentorship sessions, office hours, workshops, post-program support, etc.
Work closely with respective program managers to plan and deliver successful outcomes for program stakeholders.
Conduct cadence and engage with program stakeholders to communicate key updates, record progress, and collect feedback.
Utilize project management tools to keep program cohorts on track and measure against any deviations.
Maintains report forms, formats, information dashboards, data generators, reports, and other resources.

Experience and Qualification:

2-4 years of innovation/incubation/acceleration/startups ecosystem experience.

Basic Design sensibilities and exposure to a tool like Canva.
Good Communication via phone, e-mail, and social tools like Discord
Relationship management skills and Negotiation etiquette.
Interest in and exposure to researching blogs, articles, and online content
Basic proficiency in knowledge management tools & techniques.
