Job Position: Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager
Job Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a staffing or recruitment environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
• Recruitment Management:
o Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
o Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, practices, and applicable laws.
o Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and screening.
• Process Improvement:
o Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and workflows.
o Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in staffing delivery.
o Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, and team performance.
o Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
