Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field.• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a staffing or recruitment environment.• Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Responsibilities• Recruitment Management:o Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.o Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, practices, and applicable laws.o Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing and screening.• Process Improvement:o Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and workflows.o Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in staffing delivery.o Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.• Reporting and Analysis:o Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, and team performance.o Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
