Job Title: Governance and Contract Management SpecialistThis role plays a vital part in upholding our company's established governance processes. The specialist will oversee the documentation of all activities related to contract management.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, document management, bid governance, or equivalent. They should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs/GSuite with strong document formatting and version control skills.In this position, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts from Commercial teams, Global Solutions Development team, Legal, Operations, Risk, Regulatory, and Tax. Together, you will review and document TELUS Digital provisions within Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documents.The successful candidate will be responsible for executing governance and approval processes for pricing, deal structure, and bid management according to our standards. Additionally, they will facilitate the documentation of commercial, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements in customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Key responsibilities include:Executing governance and approval processes for pricing, deal structure, and bid managementManaging the lifecycle of contractual documents, maintaining strict version control, formatting consistency, and secure storageCollaborating with cross-functional subject matter experts to review and document provisions in Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documentsFacilitating the documentation of commercial, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements in customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and complianceTracking and coordinating contributions from multiple stakeholders to meet client timelinesLeading bid governance activities, capturing decisions, approvals, and outcomes according to established thresholdsServing as a liaison between commercial teams, risk and compliance stakeholders, and operational leaders to safeguard contractual quality and adherenceThis is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in contract management and governance.
