Enterprise Technology Governance Specialist

Job TitleDynamics Engineer Role Summary:This position requires a skilled professional to own technology governance, risk management, and strategic program delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus of this role is to maintain IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change management.Maintaining IT policies and standardsManaging risk registers and audit readinessConducting controls testing and compliance reportingSupporting PMO activities including project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reportingRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Experience in regulated or enterprise IT environmentsStrong documentation skillsAbility to work across engineering, security, governance teams and collect data & inputs business teamsExcellent communication and analytical thinking skillsFamiliarity with relevant technology governance frameworks4–8 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain)Strong understanding of OOTB features and track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionalityExperience in working on CRM, Case management and Workflow automationExperience in Schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/3rd party services via REST / GraphQLKnowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access managementHands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops , pipelinesPast experience on using tools like Jira or similarBenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
