Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Major Incident Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving major incidents in a timely and efficient manner.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, with experience in identifying and escalating potential issues. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing Major Incidents: Identify and escalate potential issues, ensuring that they are logged, progressed, updated, authorised, expedited and resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement.Incident Resolution: Use MIM experience to proactively support the management of High Severity Incidents (P1 and P2), owning the major incident and driving it efficiently on both Bridge call and Chat.Communication: Issuing communications during the progress of a Major Incident, highlighting risks and issues in actions identified during any Major Incident.Timely Resolution: Identifying appropriate timelines and targets for recovery actions, feedback and communications, assessing and agreeing business impact and incident severity level.Required Skills and Qualifications:4 to 6 years of experience in incident management or a related field.Strong background in major incident management, including experience in identifying and escalating potential issues.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:The selected candidate will be required to carry the following documents: TCS application form available on i Begin, PAN/Aadhaar or any other Government ID Proof, Updated CV/Resume to be provided, 2 Passport size Photographs.
