We are seeking an experienced Business Central support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.About the RoleThis is a key position for supporting clients with their Microsoft D365 Business Central solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with system enhancements.Responsibilities:Provide support for Business Central (on-premise and cloud) users.Diagnose and resolve system issues, including configuration, data, and user errors.Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.Work with functional consultants, developers, and business users to test and deploy solutions.Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides.Support system upgrades, patches, and new release deployments.Assist with user training and onboarding.Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance.Identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions or process improvements.Requirements3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials and supply chain.Proficiency in several ISV ProductsPowerBI and PowerAutomate experience preferred, but not requiredManufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredStrong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to be client-facing with support tasks as needed and requiredProficient in Microsoft ExcelProficient in Smart-SheetsProficient in Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports
