Job TitleMicrosoft Dynamics ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Microsoft Dynamics Consultant. This position requires a strong understanding of technology governance and risk management, as well as experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments.Job DescriptionThis role involves owning technology governance and risk management while supporting strategic program delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining IT policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change management.Required Skills and Qualifications4–8 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE / Supply Chain)Strong understanding of OOTB features and track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionality.Experience in working on CRM, Case management and Workflow automation.Experience in Schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend / 3rd party services via REST / GraphQLKnowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access managementHands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops, pipelinesPast experience on using tools like Jira or similarBenefitsThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication, analytical thinking, and familiarity with relevant technology governance frameworks. They should also be able to work across engineering, security, governance teams and collect data & inputs from business teams.OthersBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical expertise is required. Enterprise Architect + PMO functions are also necessary for this role. Function: Technology Governance, documentation & project management related activities.A high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this role.The selected candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week, with some flexibility to accommodate changing business needs.
