Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, HR Business Partner to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Duties include but are not limited to employee relations, training & development, business partnering, compliance, and performance management. This position will be office-based in Navi Mumbai, India with some work-from-home flexibility.  Responsibilities Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management;Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends;Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; andDevelop and present employee and management trainings;QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in HR experience, with good understanding of employee relations;Knowledge of employment laws;Prior supervisory experience is a plus.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
