Job Description - HR Business Partner (HRBP)PositionHR Business Partner (HRBP)Experience: 6 months to 2+ yearsLocation: Millennium Business Park, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400710Reporting To: Senior Manager, HR Business PartnerKey Responsibilities:1. Business Partnering & Stakeholder SupportAct as a trusted HR point-of-contact for employees and managers, addressing queries and providing guidance.- Collaborate with delivery managers and project leads to understand business needs and align HR initiatives.- Support workforce planning, probation confirmations, and role transitions in coordination with business teams.- Employee Engagement & RetentionDrive employees connect initiatives, skip-level interactions, and feedback sessions to strengthen engagement.- Plan and execute engagement programs, R&Rs, and wellness activities aligned with organizational culture.- Track employee concerns, attrition risks, and provide proactive solutions for retention. - HR Operations & ComplianceFacilitate smooth onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires.- Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance are adhered to consistently.- Maintain accurate HRIS data, dashboards, and reports (headcount, attrition, engagement, etc.- Performance & Talent DevelopmentCoordinate performance review cycles, probation assessments, and feedback discussions.- Partner with managers to identify learning needs and support capability-building initiatives.- Provide inputs for career pathing and internal mobility.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum: Graduate in any discipline.- Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization.- 6 months to 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT services / consulting.- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.- Good understanding of HR operations, employee life cycle, and compliance frameworks.- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools/HRIS.- High learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (ref:iimjobs.com)
