Xebia is a PE-backed ~$400 Mn. revenue IT Consultancy & Software Development services company operating out of Americas, Europe, MEA and APAC with key offerings around Data & Cloud, AI, Intelligent Automation and Products & Platforms Engineering.
About the Role:
Xebia is hiring 'Sales - Account Manager(s)' to grow Xebia's key client portfolio across the globe i.e. Americas, Europe, Middle East, India & APAC. The role will involve working with the Senior Account Managers & Head of Sales of the regions to engage with & grow the business from key clients in the region. Build relationships with key stakeholders in the client ecosystem to demonstrate Xebia's industry offerings, technology solutions and services, and generate new business. Work with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Delivery & Operations, Service Lines & Capabilities to win new business & service the client requirements. Build deep understanding of technology landscape in 1-2 industries e.g. Banking or Retail & Consumer Goods, and be able to engage with clients to source & win new business. Utilize Xebia's global ecosystem to demonstrate Xebia's authority in the technology space and position Xebia as a strategic partner within the client's ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Grow Xebia's key client portfolio globally
- Work with Senior Account Managers & Head of Sales
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand technology landscape in specific industries
- Utilize Xebia's global ecosystem
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience post MBA from Tier-I colleges
Required Skills:
- Growth & sales focused
- Keen interest in learning & selling Technology services
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in sales will be great
Pay range and compensation package:
Location: Xebia offices in India, and then possibility of on-site transfer after 6 months to 18 months time-frame
