
Enterprise Sales Manger

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential enterprise clients across the US market to generate new business opportunities for Glider AI.
- Engage and build strong relationships with C-level and VP-level executives to understand their hiring challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Manage accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve or exceed new business sales targets.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of hiring trends, HR technology, and market dynamics within the US enterprise space.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from US-based clients.
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive account growth and increase investment in Glider AI solutions.
- Leverage CRM tools and other sales tech stacks to capture market intelligence and execute data-driven sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of direct selling experience in SaaS, ideally within enterprise market segments.
- Proven experience in selling to C-level executives and senior decision-makers, preferably in the US market.
- Strong track record of building and managing your own opportunity pipeline through outbound activities such as cold calling, targeted emails, and personalized outreach.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions to US clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with cross-cultural communication ability.
- Ability to clearly assess client requirements, understand pain points, and conduct value-based selling.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales technology tools.
- Experience in managing timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
