Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of travel products and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell travel packages including domestic and international tours, hotel bookings, flight tickets, and holiday dealsIdentify and develop new business opportunities (B2C, B2B, or corporate clients)Handle inquiries and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsCollaborate with tour operators, airlines, and hotel partners to create attractive packagesProvide excellent customer service before, during, and after the salePrepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmationsMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsAttend travel fairs, industry events, and promotional activitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, destinations, and competitor offeringsRequirements:Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the travel industryStrong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking systems (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Galileo)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and under pressure to meet targetsGood negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsWillingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or trade showsBachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)Preferred Skills:Familiarity with B2B and corporate travel salesFluency in multiple languages is a plusKnowledge of visa processing and travel insurance is an advantageCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary + sales incentives/commissionTravel perks and industry discountsHealth insurance and other employee benefitsOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to work in a fast-growing travel company
