Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of travel products and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell travel packages including domestic and international tours, hotel bookings, flight tickets, and holiday deals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2C, B2B, or corporate clients)
  • Handle inquiries and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with tour operators, airlines, and hotel partners to create attractive packages
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Attend travel fairs, industry events, and promotional activities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the travel industry
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking systems (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Galileo)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with B2B and corporate travel sales
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of visa processing and travel insurance is an advantage
