Work closely with creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech teams. Formulate content and segmentation strategies based on consumer behavior. Conduct experiments on user segmentation and personalization. Balance growth with user experience for long-term success.RequirementsWe seek a holder of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 4-7 years of experience in CRM for a rapidly growing digital-first business.
