Role & responsibilities

  • CRM Implementation & Integration:

    Lead the configuration, deployment, and integration of CRM systems across the organization, ensuring seamless connectivity with other platforms.
  • Workflow Automation:

    Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and processes to enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • CRM Customization:

    Customize CRM modules, fields, layouts, and user roles based on business requirements.
  • Dashboard Creation & Reporting:

    Develop user-friendly dashboards and custom reports to provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, and management teams.
  • Reminder & Notification Setup:

    Configure automated reminders, alerts, and follow-up notifications to support customer journeys, task management, and lead nurturing.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:

    Provide ongoing support and training to CRM users, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT teams as needed.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM integration and third-party API usage.
  • Experience in CRM implementation projects from planning to go-live.
  • Expertise in workflow automation tools and strategies.
  • Proficient in customizing CRM components (fields, objects, workflows, UI).
  • Skilled in creating dynamic dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
  • Understanding of security best practices related to CRM systems.
  • Ability to set up automated reminders, alerts, and task assignments within the CRM.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
