Hiring: Closing Manager – Real Estate

Location: Pune (Kharadi & Bhugoan Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Closing Manager / Assistant Manager – Closing with strong experience in post-sales and closing operations within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end customer closing journey, ensuring smooth documentation, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire closing process: agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure timely and hassle-free handovers.
  • Ensure statutory compliance including stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation.
  • Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records and closing-related documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience during the post-sales phase.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years' experience in Closing / Assistant Manager – Closing with a reputed real estate developer.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
  • Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
