Dear Candidates,
We are hiring Closing sales specialist for one of the reputed developer leading in Mumbai/Pune location for Luxury Residential projects.
Job Description:
- Be aware of the product in detail, sales script, other material and sales targets prior to project launch.
- Facilitate and strive to achieve the sales target and forecast aggressively along with customer service management
- Attend to all walk-in customers efficiently, explain the project in detail and be able to answer all customer queries.
- Be able to successfully deal with customer negotiations and close the deal.
- Convince customers about various features of the project and be able to help in decision making
- Consistently make efforts to provide the customer an enriching experience at site and regular follow ups as required.
- Handle all incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently to seek closure on site visit
- Work with sales, marketing and other internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts reflecting any last-minute changes to forecast based on business requirements
- Update all required reports and system data on a timely basis
