Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled QA & ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions, integrating ITIL-based process consultancy with agile methodologies. The position requires defining and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements and enhancing the company's ServiceNow delivery capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, install, integrate, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in programming and ServiceNow technologies.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to organizational teams as required.
  • Design, develop, and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Event Management (EM), Knowledge Management, Demand Management, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage integrations with external systems to support organizational growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including design specifications, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, deployment strategies, disaster recovery plans, technical notes, and testing protocols.
  • Conduct value-based assessments and workshops to help clients maximize their business outcomes from ServiceNow software.


Qualifications:


  • 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and IT consulting.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX standards and frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
  • Experience in building scalable solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
