Designation: General ManagerWork Location/Shift Timings – Sec 54, Gurgaon, Work from office (Monday to Friday), 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Hardware Pre- requisites: Candidates must have their Own laptop. (Hardware Pre-requisites: laptop (8GB RAM), windows 10/11 OS, internet speed- minimum 30 Mbps- Download and Upload both) Company Website-Role Summary: The General Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment of various functions with the strategic goals of the organization. This role demands a dynamic, results-oriented individual with strong leadership, analytical, and business acumen, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement strategies and policies that align with the organization's objectives. Design, implement, and monitor effective processes and operational standards to drive efficiency and service excellence. Work closely with teams at all levels, influencing and negotiating on significant matters to support organizational goals. Manage and lead complex and critical changes, ensuring minimal disruption and effective stakeholder communication. Identify areas for continuous service improvement and proactively drive improvement initiatives. Communicate potential risks, challenges, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Oversee performance management, career development, and retention strategies for team members to foster engagement and long-term growth. Promote a culture of innovation and transformation, identifying opportunities to optimize internal support processes and enhance overall effectiveness.
