Strategic Growth ManagerOverview:We're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Manager to drive user acquisition and conversions through paid advertising channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that meet or exceed performance targets.Key Responsibilities:Paid Acquisition: manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive user acquisition and conversions.Idea and Messaging Development: build ICP-specific messaging and create campaigns targeting consumer brands, retailers, agencies, and platforms.Freemium-to-Paid Conversion Strategy: own the free-to-paid conversion funnel and develop strategies to convert free users to paid subscribers.Email Marketing and Freemium Nurture: build email sequences to activate users, drive upgrades, and nurture relationships with customers.Landing Page and Freemium Conversion Optimization: own landing pages for each freemium product and optimize them to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.Analytics and Reporting: track and analyze demand gen metrics, including MQLs, PQLs, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline generated.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in demand generation or a related field.Proven track record of driving user acquisition and conversions through paid advertising channels.Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing software.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
