Job Title: Business Development Officer
Reporting to: Principal - Projects
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Profile Brief:
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities to identify and onboard Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) and redevelopment residential and commercial projects across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential SRA and redevelopment projects across Mumbai, in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand the demand, pricing, feasibility of projects in a specific area.
- Meet societies secretary, key management people to understand projects and redevelopment opportunities with Roswalt Realty. Conduct project related / company related presentations for societies to present redevelopment proposal and win their trust and confidence.
- Negotiate terms and close the contracts as per the company terms and policies of acquisition.
- Work closely with the Project Management and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of redevelopment projects.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation required for project approvals and sanctions.
- Ensure all projects comply with SRA regulations and other applicable laws.
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree or Masters degree
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience working with business development of SRA and Redevelopment projects with developers in Mumbai
In-depth understanding of SRA regulations, redevelopment processes, and the real estate market dynamics.
Skills Required

Excellent Communication
Good Negotiation Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
