Business Development Officer Responsibilities :
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Examining customer feedback data to assess satisfaction levels with company products and services.
- Conducting market research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business agreements.
- Generating leads and converting them into projects.
- Following up with potential clients.
- Understanding client requirements and tailoring proposals accordingly.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to cultivate client referrals.
- Informing existing clients about additional services and persuading them to consider utilizing them.
- Updating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Candidate must have experience in Real Estate, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or in a similar role within the Real Estate or Interior Design sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Must be able to travel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills are required.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills are necessary for successful resolution of complex issues.
- Effective communication skills, including clear and concise verbal and written communication, are required to facilitate collaboration and understanding.
- Strong business acumen is required, enabling strategic decision-making and an understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment, with the capacity to make informed and timely decisions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills are required.
- Effective communication skills are necessary.
- Strong business acumen is required.
- Compensation will be based on the candidate's last drawn salary.
