Business Development Officer Role at Roswalt Realty

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities to onboard Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) and redevelopment residential and commercial projects across Mumbai for Roswalt Realty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential SRA and redevelopment projects in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand demand, pricing, and feasibility of projects in specific areas.
  • Meet societies secretary and key management personnel to understand projects and redevelopment opportunities with Roswalt Realty.
  • Negotiate terms and close contracts as per company terms and policies.
  • Work closely with the Project Management and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of redevelopment projects.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation for project approvals and sanctions.
  • Ensure all projects comply with SRA regulations and other applicable laws.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in business development with developers in Mumbai.
  • Indepth understanding of SRA regulations, redevelopment processes, and real estate market dynamics.
