SDR Team LeadAbout the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned SDR team lead with a track record of building and scaling top-performing SDR teams for B2B SaaS businesses.This individual will own outbound pipeline generation, including messaging, systems, training, performance metrics, and team culture.The ideal candidate will be both a builder and a coach—someone who can set up the foundation, hire the right SDRs, roll out playbooks, and drive a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for AEs.The SDR team lead will also oversee team building & leadership, outbound strategy & execution, pipeline ownership, tools & processes, and collaboration.Responsibilities:Hire and scale SDR teams to meet pipeline needs.Develop onboarding, training, QA, call reviews, and coaching rhythms.Build a high-performance SDR culture based on data-driven insights.Key Requirements:3–7+ years of experience managing SDR teams in B2B SaaS (US market focus).Proven track record of building SDR teams from scratch and scaling them.Strong coaching mentality—ability to mentor SDRs into consistent quota-hitters.Deep understanding of outbound motions, cold email frameworks, and outreach strategies.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup with evolving processes.
