IGT is looking for Assistant Manager/Lead Talent Acquisition ( Volume hiring ). This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Hiring. She / He will also be responsible for stakeholder management, process improvement and compliance to approved usage of various recruitment systems and tools.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Grow talent pipelines front line / Campus hiring
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding the positions, write job descriptions, source and assess candidates, manage the interview process, negotiate and close salary offers
  • Builds and develops relationship with hiring managers
  • Prior experience in global hiring is must
  • Conducts in-depth interviews, coordinates with line interviewers on schedule of candidate interviews
  • Complies with agreed usage of various recruitment tools / systems e.g. Success factor
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and tools to meet recruitment targets
  • Strong communications skills, good command of English both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence among peers, associates and applicants
  • Solutions-focused, able to sort through information and develop solutions quickly
  • Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and execute on assignments.
  • Detail oriented with practical approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable with 6 days working environment
