Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and gaining valuable experience in the field. You will work closely with our experienced team to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates for various roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess suitability for roles.
  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns: Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns, including creating job postings and advertising materials.
  • Scheduling interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential candidates.
  • Administrative tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant software.
  • Passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
