Primary Role- Responsible for promoting and selling Scientific, Diagnostic, Research and Medical equipment.


Job Responsibilities-

  • This is a cross divisional position where the incumbent will be responsible for the promotion and sale of all DSS products to the key customers in Entire North East
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into sales.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales target.
  • Regular meetings with direct customers, distributors, and dealers.
  • Provide onsite Product discussion and explanation to the customer.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and deal status.
  • Work closely with internal team including Product & marketing team in seminars, training courses, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Extensive travelling
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Handling of project Independently and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM for managing customer relationships.


Job Specification-

  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Good attitude and willingness to extensive travel.
  • Self-starter with minimum handholding in performing the assigned role.
  • Problem solving attitude and open minded.
  • Good Communication & Listening skills.
  • Technical expertise to handle high value sophisticated equipment and interaction with elite customer base.
  • Candidate with high integrity to easily fit-in the organization legacy.


Qualification

Bsc./B.Tech, MSc. /MTech in Biotechnology/Life Sciences


Experience- 2 to 8 Years


Additional Skills-

  • Experience of handling analytical and scientific instruments.
  • Exposure to selling advanced imaging equipment will be an added advantage
