Position Title: Senior Executive – Sales


Base Locations: Guwahati, Jammu/Srinagar


Division: Project & Key Account Management


We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting a wide range of scientific, diagnostic, research, and medical equipment. This includes providing expert guidance and support to healthcare providers, research institutions, laboratories, and other key sectors. The role requires a strong understanding of medical and scientific products, as well as the ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide on-site product demonstrations and detailed explanations to customers.
  • Maintain records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and deal progress.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Independently manage and deliver results for assigned projects within deadlines.
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectively.


Desired Skillsset:

  • Strong technical aptitude in handling sophisticated, high-value equipment and interacting with an elite customer base.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to travel as needed.
  • Self-driven and capable of executing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Experience handling analytical and scientific instruments.
  • Exposure to selling advanced imaging equipment is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: B.Sc/B.Tech, MSc/MTech in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 8 years in a sales or technical sales role, with exposure to medical/scientific equipment.
