Job DescriptionAs a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization while working in a dynamic team environment.About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, and ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing PRs, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Support in budget management, invoice processing, and documentation for billing.Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Project coordination experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.Basic knowledge of project management tools and software.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities.A fun and supportive work culture.Others:Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Generous paid time off and holidays.Access to training and development programs.
