- **User Support**: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting IT-related issues and providing training on system usage.
- **Patch and Update Management**: Manage software updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure systems are up to date with the latest security and performance enhancements.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and policies.
- **Capacity Planning**: Evaluate system capacity and performance trends to make recommendations for hardware upgrades, enhancements, and optimizations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to IT systems, security, and data privacy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a system administrator or a similar role, with strong technical skills in systems administration, networking, and IT infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), virtualization technologies, network protocols, security tools, and backup solutions.
- **Experience 3-5 Years**

**Certifications (optional but beneficial)**:

- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
