Job Title: Business Development Manager – US IT StaffingLocation: Bangalore/ Indore Experience: 5–10 Years in US IT Staffing Job Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5–10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and growing revenue by delivering staffing solutions to clients across the United States.Key Responsibilities:New Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, social media, and other channels.Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand client requirements and work closely with the delivery team to ensure quality and timely submissions.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.Account Management:Manage existing accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.Upsell and cross-sell staffing services within existing client base.Act as a point of contact for escalations and negotiations.Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is submitted.Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions using CRM tools.Key Requirements:Experience:5–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing business development.Strong understanding of US staffing market, hiring trends, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).Skills:Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building abilities.Tools & Tech:Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other lead gen platforms.Shift Flexibility:Willing to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Existing client contacts and strong network in US IT staffing industry.Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive base salary + attractive commission structureHealth benefits [if applicable]Performance-based incentivesOpportunity for career growth and leadership roles
