Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)LOCATION: BENGALURU, INDIA (WITH PAN-INDIA TRAVEL, AS REQUIRED)REPORTING TO: STRATEGIC BUSINESS DIRECTORABOUT SAURZA POWERSAURZA POWER PVT LTD IS A DYNAMIC COMPANY FORMED BY THE DIRECTORS OF SUNPV ENERGYAND TSI POWER, FOCUSED ON DELIVERING QUALITY POWER SOLUTIONS BY INTEGRATING RENEWABLEENERGY, ENERGY STORAGE & POWER CONDITIONING TECHNOLOGIES. OUR STRATEGY INVOLVESDEVELOPING & LAUNCHING INNOVATIVE MICROGRID SOLUTIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIALAPPLICATIONS.THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING ASTRONG CHANNEL PARTNER NETWORK TO GENERATE SALESKEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. CHANNEL PARTNER DEVELOPMENT & SALES GROWTH• IDENTIFY, ONBOARD, AND DEVELOP RENEWABLE ENERGY CHANNEL PARTNERS ANDSYSTEM INTEGRATORS ACROSS INDIA.• BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS, RESELLERS, ANDEPC CONTRACTORS.• DEVELOP AND EXECUTE GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGIES• LEVERAGE EXTENSIVE CHANNEL-BUILDING EXPERIENCE TO ACCELERATE MARKETPENETRATION.• NEGOTIATE PRICING AND CONTRACT TERMS WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS FORSUSTAINABLE SALES2. MARKET RESEARCH & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT• CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, INDUSTRYTRENDS, AND COMPETITIVE THREATS.• DEVELOP BUSINESS STRATEGIES ALIGNED WITH SAURZA’S GROWTH VISION AND SALESTARGETS• COLLABORATE WITH MARKETING TEAMS TO CREATE COMPELLING SALES ANDPROMOTIONAL MATERIALS.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED• 5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / CHANNEL SALES,PREFERABLY IN:o RENEWABLE ENERGY (SOLAR, ENERGY STORAGE, LITHIUM BATTERIES)o POWER QUALITY & POWER MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS• BACHELOR'S/MASTER’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, ENGINEERING, OR A RELATED FIELD.• UNDERSTANDING OF SOLAR + STORAGE SOLUTIONS, ENERGY MANAGEMENT, ANDPOWER ELECTRONICS.• TECHNICAL ACUMEN – ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND POSITION TECHNICAL ENERGYSOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMERS.• STRONG NEGOTIATION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS.• GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY – ABILITY TO LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS AND SCALE THEMACROSS MULTIPLE GEOGRAPHIES.• SELF-STARTER & TEAM PLAYER – ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY ANDCOLLABORATE CROSS - FUNCTIONALLY.
