This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, clientengagement, and technology understanding to ensure service excellence and long-term client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services for multiple accounts, ensuring SLA adherence, customersatisfaction, and service continuity.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on service delivery.- Define and implement service management frameworks (ITIL-based), governance models, and reportingstructures.- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and sales, to design managed servicesofferings and solutions.- Drive transformation and automation initiatives for service delivery optimization.Lead a global support team and manage 24x7 operations where applicable.- Manage budgets, cost optimization, and profitability for managed services accounts.- Track service performance metrics and present regular reports to clients and internal leadership.- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and quality standards.- Contribute to continuous improvement in service processes, tools, and knowledge base.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years in leading Managed Services or IT Operations.- Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-technology managed services engagements.- In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v4 certification preferred).- Strong understanding of cloud (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, monitoring, DevOps, and application supportmodels.- Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams.- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.About us:Prolifics Corporation Limited is a Global Technology Solutions Provider with presence across North America (USA and Canada), Europe (UK and Germany), Middle East & Asia.
