Position Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (F&A)
to join our Shared Services team. This role will be responsible for overseeing AR/AP operations, including posting, reconciliation, and reporting, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial processes. As a senior team member, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall success of our global finance operations.

Compensation
range for this role is
8-9.5 LPA
and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications

What You'll Do

• Manage Accounts Receivable postings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in ERP systems.
• Oversee Accounts Payable activities, including vendor reconciliations and payment processing.
• Prepare and analyze vendor reports, highlight discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform reconciliations across AR/AP accounts, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain strong vendor/client relationships.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in AR/AP functions.
• Mentor and support junior team members within the Shared Services team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable within a Shared Services or global finance environment.
• Expertise in AR posting, vendor reports, and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end P2P and O2C cycles.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (NS) as the primary ERP system.
• Exposure to MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring a small finance operations team.
• Experience working with professional services or global shared service organizations will be an added advantage.
