Job Summary

The Sr Analyst role is pivotal in driving the integration and optimization of SFDC platforms within our organization. With a focus on SFDC Integration Sales Cloud and Lightning the candidate will enhance our CRM capabilities. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting domains ensuring seamless operations and improved business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of SFDC platforms ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across systems.
  • Oversee the deployment of SFDC Sales Cloud solutions enhancing customer relationship management and sales processes.
  • Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to optimize user interface and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective SFDC solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements using SFDC tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SFDC configurations and customizations.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within SFDC platforms adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on SFDC performance and usage.
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing training on SFDC functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC releases and features recommending enhancements to existing systems.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to align SFDC solutions with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the value of SFDC investments.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing CRM capabilities leading to improved customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Integration ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud optimizing sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Exhibit expertise in SFDC Lightning enhancing user interface and experience.
  • Have a good understanding of finance and accounting domains aligning SFDC solutions with business needs.
  • Show capability in analyzing and improving business processes using SFDC tools.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills supporting end-users and troubleshooting SFDC issues.
