AVP -Commercial Partner
Experience:- 8-10 yearsLocation:- BangaloreResponsibilities:Negotiating Deals: Secure agreements with banks and NBFCs.Alliance Strategies: Plan and help execute strategic alliances.Debt Management: Negotiate and manage debt agreements, including loans and credit facilities.Finalizing Deals: Work towards finalizing deals with banking/ FI partners to align with productofferings.Commercial Negotiations: Ideate, integrate, and work closely on all commercial negotiations.Commercial Agent: Mediate terms and conditions, ensuring legal compliance and achievingfavorable outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on startups and fintech.Strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills.Proficiency in securing and finalizing contractsUnderstanding of legal compliance in commercial agreements.Ability to clearly communicate and actively listen.Confidence in presenting solutions beneficially..
