The vertical operates with considerable accountability in a start-up environment with the backing of a strong mothership Job Title: Director/AVP-Solution Architect Job Location: Any FSL, India Experience: 10 to 15 years collective years of experience in solutioning and customer management (preferably Tech vertical) About the Role: Firstsource has strategically pivoted towards growing presence in the Tech sector and hence the Tech Vertical was recently set up. The role of a solutions architect is to create grounds up digital solutions for clients across the globe in the Tech industry and domains like Trust & Safety, AI/ML, CX, Consulting etc. SA will be responsible for getting any new business/opportunity/deal off the ground in quick span of time. SA will work with cross functional teams such as bid management, pricing, transitions, transformation, technology etc. to gather solution and pricing inputs and form a comprehensive solution as per the requirement. SA will closely work with on ground sales team to provide sales and account management support. Operating with considerable accountability in a start-up environment with the backing of a strong mothership, the role will also have the initial delivery and account management responsibility until the capability is set up across geographies. Key Responsibilities: · Work with the Tech vertical leader on GTM planning strategically and also at an account level · Stay current on latest technologies and solutions in the BPM and Digital CX/Transformation AI/ML, Trust & Safety space, as well as within the Tech industry. Propose new and innovative solutions to the most complex challenges. · Responsible for defining and driving the solution direction of prospective business opportunities, developing win themes/strategies, and providing leadership for proposals, client meetings and strategic pursuits. · Review customer provided information and outside sources to understand potential issues/ problems currently faced and develop approach to solving these problems. · Drive the pursuit working with Sales lead and any channel partners · Build the skills, tools and other organization capabilities needed to be able to respond to the market with agility · Review RFX documents to understand scope of work and customer needs, develop an overarching solution to be proposed as part of the solicitation response. Support proactive pitches, client workshops and proposal defense. · Perform effort estimation using information provided as part of the solicitation documentation, to determine most cost efficient and effective staffing, technology and differentiating approaches. · Develop lifecycle cost comparison models to support decisions. · Communicate solutions with customers, management, and teaming partners, including presentations, white papers, meetings, and further discussions. · Assess market level trends as well as capabilities of complementary solutions enabling larger scale solution offerings. · Bring to bear new and innovative commercial arrangements to deliver value to clients · Build relationships with clients, prospects and channel partners to grow business and increase penetration · Lead strategic and operational planning to achieve the Vertical’s goals by fostering technological innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future systems across the organization · Support account management effort for onshore and offshore clients in Tech vertical · In early days, expect to work on understanding existing projects and client relationships Regards Rashmi Mall Email Id:
