Job Title:B2B Lead Generation SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and nurture leads for our education services business in the US region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, outreach, and cold calling, and should be comfortable working independently to meet monthly lead-generation targets.Key Responsibilities:Research and Identify Potential Clients: Research and identify potential clients in the education and edtech space (Universities, Tutoring Companies, Online Learning Platforms).Generate Qualified Leads: Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, outreach, and telephonic follow-ups.Write Personalized Outreach Messages: Write personalized outreach messages and track engagement through CRM tools.Maintain a Structured Pipeline: Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.Analyze Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversion rates.Coordinate with Teams: Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation for the US market.Email Prospecting Tools: Strong understanding of email prospecting, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent tools.Cold Emailing and Calling: Proven experience in cold emailing and calling decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Operations, or Academic Leaders).Communication and Writing Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills with a professional US communication tone.Self-Motivation and Target-Driven: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in night shifts (5 PM–2 AM IST).Preferred Qualifications:Education Sector Experience: Experience in the education or edtech sector is a strong plus.CRM Systems: Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM systems.Why Join Our Team:International Business Development: Work directly with a global team serving clients in the US education sector.Scalable Sales Processes: Exposure to international business development and scalable sales processes.Performance-Based Growth Opportunities: Performance-based growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
