We are hiring Sales Recruiter for Mumbai location who will be handling West Zone Frontline Sales Hiring.
The Candidate will be SPOC for West zone with regards to IJP or external hiring. We need someone who is very strong with stakeholder management & has managed bulk / mass hiring.

Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline sales roles across the West Zone.
- Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, employee referrals, social media, and campus drives for bulk hiring.
- Create, publish, and manage IJP templates; coordinate the interview process for internal applicants.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and a smooth process.
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates while adhering to budget and organizational guidelines.
- Oversee documentation, offer letter generation, and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers and HR business partners to align recruitment efforts with hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and share regular hiring metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle high-pressure recruitment deadlines and volume hiring efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
