About the Position:
Designation: Manager - Executive Search
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Report to : Practice Head – Leadership Hiring
Team: 2 to 3 Recruiters
Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Fridayfrom Office and Saturday from Home)
About the Role: Taggd is seeking a Manager - Executive Search to lead the recruitment efforts across multiple industries including automotive, technology, manufacturing, and steel. This role will focus on handling executive and leadership-level hiring across client portfolios, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, top-tier talent. The individual will report directly to the Practice Head of Leadership Hiring and will be part of Taggd’s specialized team dedicated to senior leadership recruitment.
Job Role:
- Lead end-to-end executive search recruitment for leadership roles across diverse sectors, including automotive, technology, manufacturing, and steel.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their leadership hiring needs and provide tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee and manage leadership recruitment for senior-level roles, ensuring the highest standards of quality, diversity, and fit.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment performance, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for improved delivery.
- Work alongside the leadership hiring team to drive SLAs, maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Manage business mining activities to identify new leadership hiring opportunities and deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare detailed hiring reports and market insights for stakeholders, proactively identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
7-10 years of executive search or RPO experience, specifically focused on leadership hiring across automotive, technology, manufacturing, and/or steel sectors.
Strong expertise in handling senior-level recruitment and leadership roles, with a deep understanding of various industries.
Demonstrated ability to manage and improve SLAs, drive data analytics, and optimize recruitment processes.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and high-performance delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset and strong client-facing capabilities.
Proficiency in using ATS systems and modern recruitment tools.
Preferred Education : MBA in HR or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
