Drive Growth with Strategic Marketing CampaignsWe are seeking a Demand Generation professional to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify target audience segments, create personalized outreach strategies, and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, Develop, and Execute Multi-Channel Demand Generation Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns across email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, and other channels to generate measurable results.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.Manage Lead Nurturing Programs: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.Work with Content, Design, and Digital Teams: Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets.Track, Analyze, and Report Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.Identify Opportunities for ABM and High-Value Lead Targeting: Identify opportunities for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and high-value lead targeting.Coordinate with External Vendors and Partners: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute campaigns.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing or a related field is required.0–2 Years of Experience in Demand Generation or B2B Marketing: 0–2 years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing is preferred.Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels: A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics is essential.Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms: Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) is required.Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.Ability to Work Collaboratively: The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential.About Our CompanyOur company is a data analytics and enterprise planning powerhouse.
