Marketing Data AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.The first 10 days of each month, you will review the previous month's performance for clients, extract meaningful insights, and provide strategic recommendations to account managers.You will design and maintain Looker dashboards (or Power BI) that make complex performance data instantly understandable for the account managers.Additionally, you will tackle murky attribution challenges by wrangling massive datasets and connecting the dots.This is a fully-remote, full-time position. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will work directly with our CEO on special projects ranging from site selection analysis using mapping software and demographics to identifying acquisition opportunities.Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools like Looker or Power BI.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Fully remote work environment.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.This role is perfect for someone who loves finding patterns in messy datasets and translating numbers into strategic recommendations.
